Dual Row Screw Machined I.C. Sockets

The W30500 Series uses a screw machined half hard brass outer pin with a beryllium copper contact which can be gold or pure tin.

Plating options for the Outer Pin:

  • RoHS compliant Tin
  • Tin/Lead
  • Gold

Moulding Material is 30% GF PBT rated to UL 94 V-0.

Single Row Screw Machined I.C. Sockets

The W35500 Series uses a screw machined half hard brass outer pin with a beryllium copper contact which can be made from Gold or pure Tin. The outer pin has 3 plating options:

  • RoHS compliant Tin
  • Tin/Lead
  • Gold

The moulding material is 30% GF PBT rated to UL 94 V-0.

Dual Row Component Header

The W60500SP Series uses a screw machined half hard brass pin and is designed to be used for hardwire routing.

There are 2 pin plating options RoHS compliant Tin or Gold.

Moulding material 30% GF PBT rated to UL 94 V-0.

Low Profile Super Flat I.C. Sockets

The 30500SF Series features a hollow tail allowing the IC leg to plug further into the socket thus creating a lower profile. The contact comprises of a screw machined half hard brass outer pin with a beryllium copper contact.

There are 3 out pin plating options; RoHS compliant Tin, Tin/Lead and Gold. The beryllium copper contact can be Gold or pure Tin.

The moulding material is 30% GF PBT rated to UL 94 V-0. Part are designed and packaged for automatic PCB loading machines.
